The dormitories accommodate boys and girls separately. Students have access to modern furnished rooms with 2-4 beds, a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. The dormitories offer Wi-Fi, evening access to computers and Skype. A safe and studious learning environment with on-site staff.
After the end of the classes, the program includes either on-campus activities or visits to the city's beautiful attractions! Sports, cultural, and artistic activities are organized by the staff of the organization and aim both to entertain the students and to help them get to know peers from other countries, with whom they will communicate in French, thus practicing and improving their communication skills!
The activities include, among others, quiz nights, disco parties, treasure hunts, talent shows, cultural walks, karaoke, and much more! Of course, the program also includes excursions/visits to Paris, as well as Puy du Fou and Futuroscope in Poitiers.
The program is also suitable for additional visits to the attractions of the city and surrounding areas! Châteaux of the Loire such as Chenonceau, Amboise, Villandry, and Montrésor are some of these.
On the first day, students take a placement test, which will place them, based on their English level, in the appropriate class. The classes are multi-national to encourage continuous use of the language. The teachers are specialized and certified in teaching French to students from foreign countries. At the end of the program, students receive a Certificate of Attendance. The classrooms are equipped with a projector and an interactive whiteboard. The lessons conducted are mainly communicative in nature. Students participate in discussions, work either in groups or in pairs, and learn and practice new vocabulary. The main goal is to boost students' confidence when using the language!
