COURSES
Adult language courses are divided into five basic categories according to the educational purpose.
Standard Courses:
General courses covering basic language skills and which serve all language levels of the Common European Framework for Languages, A1 - C2.
Intensive Courses:
Intensive general courses covering basic language skills and which serve all language levels of the Common European Framework for Languages, A1 - C2.
Specialised Courses:
They are for professionals or adults with special interests. They cover areas such as medicine, law, engineering, public relations, tourist business administration, aviation, computing, arts, fashion, gastronomy-cookery, accounting, business administration, media, advertising, economics, statistics, import-export trade and more. They combine language practice and terminology. They are for learners in level B1 - C2 of the Common European Language Framework.
Business Courses:
Teaching specific language proficiency, they cover the language required by professional adults in their job. They are for learners in level A2 - C2 of the Common European Language Framework.
Exam Prep Courses:
Designed to prepare for official certification on knowing a foreign language, they cover a wide range of recognised certifications from established institutions, for example, Cambridge English, Goethe-Institut, Instituto Cervantes, Centre International d'études pédagogiques.
Duration depends on the student’s knowledge of the language before starting the course. There are certifications for professional or academic purposes. Depending on the course, certifications are for learners in level A1 - C2 of the Common European Language Framework.
