Lancing College was founded in 1848 on a hill overlooking the picturesque town of Brighton. The campus grounds cover 22 hectares in West Sussex. The buildings are constructed as two parallelograms in the style of the Universities of Cambridge and Oxford. It has excellent amenities amongst which its Gothic chapel exudes an air of mystery and enchantment. It is a sprawling campus with many imposing Gothic buildings and plenty of sports facilities as well as an auditorium, dance halls and a student lounge.
